Integrative Yoga Therapy

An evidence-based approach to healing that combines the tools of yoga and meditation with a depth-oriented, somatically based model of psychological integration.

Grounded in Yoga Therapy and informed by fields including somatic psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and contemplative science, IYT supports whole-person wellbeing across five dimensions:

physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual/relational

Integrative Yoga Therapy sessions are adapted to your individual needs and preferences.

Sessions may include:

  • Grounding, resourcing, and nervous system regulation techniques

  • Personalized breathwork

  • Therapeutic movement or restorative postures 

  • Mindfulness, meditation or deep relaxation techniques

  • Sensation tracking and emotional processing/release

  • Subtle body/energy-based practices including chanting, visualization, boundary work

  • Spiritual or philosophical discussion

  • Integrative conversation that invites insight, autonomy, and meaning-making

  • Home practice suggestions for integration between sessions
