Grounded in Yoga Therapy and informed by fields including somatic psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and contemplative science, IYT supports whole-person wellbeing across five dimensions:
physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual/relational

Grounding, resourcing, and nervous system regulation techniques
Personalized breathwork
Therapeutic movement or restorative postures
Mindfulness, meditation or deep relaxation techniques
Sensation tracking and emotional processing/release
Subtle body/energy-based practices including chanting, visualization, boundary work
Spiritual or philosophical discussion
Integrative conversation that invites insight, autonomy, and meaning-making
Home practice suggestions for integration between sessions
